No doubt you have all read book reviews about Paul Offit’s book, “Autism's False Prophets: Bad Science, Risky Medicine, and the Search for a Cure”, like this one here:
It always amazes me that any doctor can possibly make the claim that vaccines have been the greatest medical advance in the history of medicine. You wonder just what they get taught in medical school. Here are three medical articles which prove otherwise. I have a truckload more, but you might get the drift. As far as I am concerned, anyone who does not and cannot acknowledge that the best advances medicine ever had to offer were in the field of public health, and disease epidemiology, which included applying the knowledge of the importance of proper nutrition, clean water, sewage, and housing, cannot be trusted in any of their other verbiage.
You don’t have to believe me. It’s all in their literature. Look for yourself. Here’s a starting point.
Here are some scans from a 2005 medical text book called Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Theory and Practice", by Kenrad E. Nelson.
Because people have complained that these two articles which follow, are hard to download, I've also put the pdf underneath, but you should know that they came from publicly accessible websites:
McKinley's paper is here:

The ancet Paper is here:
Sanitation Lancet 2002
This sort of knowledge could become crucial in the days to come.
